      1) Brand & Manufacturing Policy
 

•  Brand ownership and positioning: LOTUS is a home care brand focused on high-performance cleaning using inputs sourced from safe, responsible sources and fair pricing.
  Contract manufacturing: All LOTUS products are manufactured exclusively in Turkey by Prestige Kimya under written Manufacturing and Quality Agreements (MQA) that define responsibilities related to formulation protection, batch release, deviation management, and change control.
  Facilities: Production takes place in GMP-compliant detergent facilities with separate lines for powder and liquid detergents and special enzyme processing areas to prevent cross-contamination.
  Audits: Prestige Kimya undergoes at least one annual audit by LOTUS...
   

• LOTUS is a home care brand that aims to provide superior cleaning with safe ingredients and fair prices.All products are manufactured exclusively by Prestige Kimya, within the framework of quality agreements and in GMP-compliant facilities.Production processes are designed to prevent cross-contamination; annual audits and CAPA tracking are carried out.
  
  2) Product Scope and Use
   

• Powder detergents: Suitable for hard/soft water, low-foaming, enzyme-based and bleach-containing varieties Liquid detergents: Neutral-mildly alkaline pH, machine-safe formulations Stain removers: Fabric-friendly, oxygen/enzyme-based pre-treatment products.
  Note: Not suitable for baby equipment, food surfaces, or medical use (unless otherwise stated on the label).
  
  3) Formulation and Raw Material Policy
   

• Only raw materials compliant with Turkish and EU regulations are used Supplier control, certificates (CoA/CoO) and full traceability are essential.
  
  4) Production Policy (GMP & EHS)
  
  Good Manufacturing Practice:

• Production steps are defined by SOPs; cleaning is verified during SKU changes metal detectors are used for powders, and filtration is applied for liquids.  EHS measures: Chemical safety, local ventilation, staff training and process water quality control are ensured.
  
  5) Kalite Politikası
   

• During the production process, checks are carried out on pH, viscosity, active ingredients, etc. Finished products are tested for properties such as enzyme activity, moisture content and whiteness index. Quality is continuously monitored and open to improvement.
  
  6) Affordability & Pricing Policy
   

• LOTUS maintains a balance between high quality and reasonable cost, Regular reviews are conducted with the manufacturer to ensure cost efficiency, Packaging options are offered to suit different budgets.
  
  7) Packaging Policy
   

• Recyclable and user-friendly materials are preferred, Packaging clearly displays dosage instructions, safety information and production details. A target of 30% recycled plastic is set.
  
  8) Consumer Safety and Complaint Management
   

• Contact details are provided in the package and on the website; a response will be provided within 2 working days, Complaints are categorised, their causes analysed, and product returns processed where necessary, Security-related incidents are reported to the relevant departments within 24 hours.
  
  9) Ethical, Social and Environmental Responsibility
   

• Child labour and forced labour are prohibited. Suppliers must comply with ethical rules, Sustainability targets: Reduction of energy consumption, use of renewable energy and waste management.
